Prolite Adjustable Wither Pad

A versatile wither pad, with Prolite® inserts that can be used or removed as necessary to alter the depth on one or both sides.

A practical solution for horses with atrophy behind the withers is the Prolite Adjustable Wither Pad. It gives the horse the opportunity to develop without restriction and means the saddle fitter does not have to over-flock the panels to ‘fill in the hollows’. The removable shims can be used to fine tune the support required and then can be taken out as the horse gains muscle. Use in conjunction with advice from a qualified saddle fitter wherever possible.

Spare thin (1/4″) inserts are available to buy separately.
